OCBC has moved it up a notch; on-going involvement with two OC Supervisors, Nelson (Dist. 4) and Moorlach (Dist. 2) will help us motivate OCTA on bicycle issues. And there are plenty of issues. What city you in?
Does “broompatrol” refer to bike path maintenance or the folks who sweep on rides or races?
The City of Seal Beach is in the process of elimination of the Electric St. Bike Lane. They recently did not replace a section of the lane after a construction project but now allow parking against the median island. There is a meeting this Thurs. 7/14/11 at City Hall to remove another section of the bike lane to allow addition parking against the Median.
