“The Planning Commission is in the beginning stage of updating the Laguna Transportation Element and is holding a public workshop focused on bicycling.
They want your input!
Please show up on Monday June 4, at 5 pm at the Community Room in the Suzi Q Community Center at 380 Third Street, Laguna Beach.
The meeting will be from 5pm to 6:30 and will include a short project introduction, recap of the last meeting and discussion in regard to bicycle circulation issues as they relate to the update of the General Plan, multi mobility and complete streets. A subcommittee of the Laguna Beach Planning Commission will be in attendance as well as City staff.
If your interested in the following: pedestrian and bike safety, active life styles, healthy living, noise reduction, urban runoff, smog, parking, auto congestion, CO 2 reduction and supporting our local merchants, plan on being at this meeting. All are welcome.”
